I never give up. I work hard, trying to be creative to reach my goals. Yes, I have a lot of dreams.
I started as a junior employee, a Graduate Trainee, in Etisalat for two years from 1998 to 2000. Then I moved to Hamriayh Free Zone in Sharjah from 2000 to 2008 as Manager- Leasing & Licensing Department. I never gave up and was awarded “The distinguished Employee Award – for Sharjah Government” in 2003-2004.
In 2006 I was lucky to be the first graduate from Sharjah Leadership Programme. Then, in 2009, an Amiri decree issued by HH Dr Sultan Al Qassimi made me the Director General for Sharjah Theatres Group.
In 2012 another Amiri decree was issued for another challenge, and I became the first Director General for University City –Sharjah.
Never stop, never give up. I will continue my PhD. There are still so many achievements…
