The Higher Colleges of Technology’s suite of Engineering Programmes was awarded international accreditation from the prestigious U.S.-based Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology (ABET).
It was a major milestone towards achieving international status of HCT’s engineering programmes, and a strong validation of the quality of education at HCT. As a result, HCT graduates will be granted a degree that is recognised by the most prestigious international accreditation body in the world.
The accreditation added to a 2010 ABET accreditation of HCT’s civil engineering courses.
